I've been reading posts from this forum and others since i was 12 years old (now 20), overworrying about the spots, I got a moderate case I would say 3 out of 10. But focusing so much about some freaking spots have fucked-up a lot of years of my youth, being so self-conscious about them only make the situation worst, the spots aren't a problem, the problem is the insecurity that we reflect because of it, that's the worst thing of all. But as i said before i didn't see this till now and that's because i get the courage to face the problem, i saved some money and meet a dermatologist to get a laser treatment for my surprise the doctor was a hot 25 year old girl, i was super nervous, i showed her my cock and she said that's it ? your cock is completely normal, i know that almost all of you guys have read online that the condition is completely normal and harmless but it's different when it comes for someone else you need the courage to face it or otherwise it will never end even if you managed to get rid of them your personality won't change. Because i've already paid for the treatment she get rid of the big ones on the sides which was a confidence boost but the biggest confidence boost was that i understand for the first time in my life that if you have balls to face the situation and stop being obsessed about whatever insecurities you may have, then and only then you're going to see life from another perspective, go out there and face it guys im sure that most girls won't hesitate not even a bit.

Do younger girls (15-18 years) care about Fordyce spots?
Hey im 15 years old and i have fordyce spots all over my penis, but they are only at the undersite and the sides of my penis very noticable. Me and my gf never had sex and she never gave me a blowjob but we wanted to try things out. Micropunch review thread
So I recently had micropunch surgery to get rid of the forydce spots on the penis.
I think it looks better but not 100% perfect, it does not look like perfectly healthy skin that is for sure. I am not upset with the treatment overall but I have to say it did turn out a bit worse than I expected. It is also possible that the scarring will continue to get better over time since it has only been 3 weeks since surgery and it looks like the skin is still pink and healing. I had my surgery on February 13th and I got the stitches out on the 21st.

Fordyce spots or not? Vaginal opening
I have had these spots for a few years now but have suddenly become very worried that they are serious. I have tested negative for stds and stis and had these pots before the tests. The spots do not hurt or itch and are not filled with fluid. What are they? They are located at the entrance of my vagina. The picture is at a bit of a strange angle, apologies.

What worked for me (all gone)
After a month and a half on accutane, my fordyce spots are completely gone. I had very visible and feelable fordyce spots going up the bottom of my shaft, and I started accutane for my acne. During the first month, my fordyce spots became very large and inflamed and after I'd squeeze them a little they'd "pop" and the oil inside would come out. After the little hard oil nugget is out, they disappear completely. Now, after 1.5 months, all my fordyce spots are completely gone. I've been fordyce-free for three weeks now. Once I go off accutane, I'll update you guys on if they stay gone.
I'm not comfortable sharing before/after pictures given the location of my spots. (I didn't even take before pictures.) So all you have is my word. But if you go online, a couple medical journals have done some studies with Isotretinoin (accutane) and fordyce spots and found it to be effective in removing them.

Life's too short
Hey guys,
I used to be active on this forum a few years ago, me and quite a few people spent ages trying everything under the sun to get rid of these things, and I think if you really really want them gone, a surgical sort of approach is the way to go. I think you can make small changes with some topical/dietary changes but nothing huge.
What I wanted to say is: life's too short tbh, Im 19 but I used to spend hours and hours obsessing over these stupid things, thinking that people would really care. It's easier said than done but just forget about them. Live your life. I've had a good few experiences with girls and nobody has ever said a thing, and I would consider mine maybe 6/7//10. and if a girl really doesn't want to be with you because of it , thats one huge favour she's just done you as it shows she aint worth a second more of your time. Just don't worry about them, it really really isn't as big a deal as you think - a lot of people have it a lot, lot worse than a few spots.

Please help, very worried
So I’ve had these about 5 years and they have terribly affected my life. I thought I had some rare disease and convinced myself I was dying. I was so afraid to bring it up to anybody. I have anxiety and it’s killing me. I just recently had the courage to look up “white spots on penis” and Fordyce spots came up. I feel so much better and relieved, but I still need verification that these are what I have. Thank you so much guys!

Help, I’m scared, if someone could respond ASAP that’d be great
So I’ve had these for about 5 years now. I’ve been so anxious and scared because I thought I had something more. I convinced myself that I was dying. I was afraid of telling anybody about them. i have started a theard for fordyce spots on the lips some weeks ago where i described all the treatments done so far and the money i have spent.
This is what i tried the past years and where the money wasn´t worth the treatment:
2012: First CO2 Laser, whole Penis -> about 500€ -> all Fordyce Spots where burnt out but started to came back after 6 months
2013: Apple Vine Cigear Treatment -> cheap, but no effect
2014: Deep Peeling -> cheap, NEVER DO THIS TO YOUR SELF! Left with some serious scars.
2015: Second CO2 Treatment -> 600€ -> all Fordyce Spots where gone, but left skin with some scars. Also reoccurance after 6 months.
2016: Third CO2 Treatment -> 400€ -> Last one, now the skin is pretty much destroyed.
2017: Fordyce Removal Gel -> cheap -> Not effective enough
All this treatments where pretty stupid, because i have just started to became 25 and my body was still developing. That´s why the treatment needs to either be repeated or you need to wait to a certain age.
Now in 2 weeks i have another treatment
2018 April -> I don´t know the treatment name, but they will take out the oil and destroy the roots with mechanic tools -> 1200€ -> will update maybe with photos
So i wrote this post in conjuction to my lip journey.
